ok...so..i'll tell u our history of frenship now..so..dun hv to ask me liao..repeating this story for..almost 10 times d...

we knew each other thru church choir.. :) .. i joined to replace her as organist on saturday mass as she need more time to study for SPM that time...then, we got to know each other better and better. one day, i was talking to my godmom..angelina walked past us...my godmom called her here and say, elizabeth..she's my godchild too.. we 2 gasped and stared at each other with astonishment....we are god sisters!!!!!!!! since then, we got closer and closer..everytime during practice, we'll be laughing or talking away while others are singing.. hahhahaa...during mass, or when Father's giving sermon, we'll both be laughing and talking..and, as u all know..my laughter is uncontrollable....i'll be laughing louder and louder and LOUDER !!!!!! hhahahaha..well..tat's us...
OR both of us will be sleeping on the organ. hahhahaha...this is the organists of Jesus Caritas.

then, we found out..we hv tons of similarities..really like sisters lo...ok..let's see..

well..there are some differences too....
1. diff taste for guys..but we both like indians laaa

4. she's more organize while i'm always...hurrying last minute...
i'll be dreaming and dreaming til it's time for me to play organ d..i still dunno..until all the ppl in church turns and stare at me, angie wil nudge me, only i'll wake up from my dream and start searching for the next song frantically with pieces of papers here and there.. guitarists and projectionist will be waiting for me impatiently til AT LAST i found the song sheet..then, i'll scan thru the sheet, read the notes and hum in my head...get the tune..then, think of a suitable intro for the song, then i'll pounce onto the organ...tat's me...
angie..is the other opposite of me.she'll prepare the song sheets before hand so she wont be so kelam kabut like me...hahhahahahahaa...well..i dun need to be so prepared cuz i hv my darling angie with me to prepare my song sheets and organize them properly...tat's why..saturdays without angie will always be a MESS!!!

i guess..tat's bout us..oh!! our next plans are :

we went shopping the whole day..shop til my leg can break..seriously break!!!!! i bought lots of clothes... before leaving 1U, i bought a spagetthi top from Padini which costs a fortune..without Khai yaan's support, i'd not hv bought it..must thank her gratefully for making my purse bleed due to gastric... hahhahahaha

we had tea at juice works.. khai yaan ordered a 'wake me up' while i ordered a 'slimming sth..'

i was listening to the radio today and i heard the song " when u wish upon a star"... suddenly..my memories flashed back...i think..i was...form4..yeah..form 4. i couldnt remember wat occasion was it...i only remember i smuggled my fren in to my skol. he was from raja abdullah. i smuggled him in to be our singer tat day. we played ' when we wish upon the star' first..then 'mimpi'.

it was a mess be4 our performance start. hahahaha..i received loads of complaints.. hahhaaa..too much things to do and prepare on stage.. gosh..those ppl waited like mad for our song to start. hhahahahaa..malunya.. well..tat's chamber..hahaha..

i miss my sec skol life a lot..esp form 4 and 5..esp some frens..some very important frens..

i nvr know how to appreciate ppl beside me. i treated him like shit...now..when i loses this fren..only i realize how important he is to me. it's like..living in luxury for 2 years.. and..now..i hv to live in slum areas. how difficult it is to get use to the environment..but it's too late now to repent.. i can only blame myself.. i miss u..mr.cow...i wish i can live form 4 and 5 again. once more. i'll be better this time

FIRST... get ready the ingredients. ingredients needed are :
1. olive oil
2. mac
3. prego
4. salt

then, boil water and throw in the spirals...my gosh..jessie screamed when the water started boiling...hahhahaaahahahahahahahahahahahha... at least..i'm better than her..kekekekee..

let it boil for 8 mins....

and scoop it up, pour olive oil in it....


then, pasta time !!!!!!!!!! pour in the prego...

semi-paralysed me

haih.. yesterday..i fell down.. hurt my backbone and waist again... AGAIN !!! gosh..why din i die yesterday huh?? shud hv died..then i dun hv to suffer....

my dad brought me to chinese doc..he did acupuncture for me!!! gosh!!! i see those needles also wanna faint.. when he poke the needles in..i told him.. i think i'm gonna vomit. hahhahahahaa..i really felt like vomiting..i scat til legs and hands are cold and strenghtless...gosh... really suffering...cried like hell infront of that doc...

today..i'm like a semi paralysed person..or a strokee.... tons of rules ...
1. no sitting down... gosh!!!!!! means..cant play piano!!!!
2. only stand or lie down..( ok..at least..i still can play violin )
3. when i sleep, i can only sleep facing up or facing down...no facing sides...gosh..how'd i know not to sleep side ways when i'm in my dream???
4. no dance or run..or skip!!!!! my goodness !!!!! i always run around with my bro at home one lerr..which means..i cant play catch catch with my bro !!!!
5. no cold drinks! wat the hell !!!!

haih...this is worst than dead .. gosh...maybe.. God punished me for sth... sth...which only..certain frens know... frens like...angelina, mx, py, ky, cheah yau and jessie...i guess..jus them...

i'm filled with life again !!!!!

today, my mom ask me to try NUS music audition.. so, i went to the web, double check all the pieces required, and pull out my piano scores from the dusty bookshelf and glued my butt to the piano chair.

suddenly, i felt life in me again !!!! i cant believe it !!!! i'm practicing pieces again !!! so long since i've last played betthoven or chopin.... i played the whole day, practicing a scherzo by chopin. played til i nearly fainted and hallucinated...gosh..seeing things on the keyboard...scary..

march is audition adi..i'm left with..around..one month's time...will i make it??? haih... time's so short !!!!!!!!

i hope my neighbours wont complain me...or call the police for peaceness harrasment...wahhahaha

so , the moral of the story is, do not stay near a musician's house.. cuz :

1. most of the time, they'll be practicing their techniques.. which means...do re mi fa so fa mi re do... or...czerny finger practice...which are the worst songs on earth..u'll go kuku listening to these everyday....

2. u wont get to listen very nice pieces...they'll usually practice part of the song, which means..few bars..and they keep on repeat that few bars..repeat and repeat..which means playing that few bars for half a day..or one whole day !!! u'll go nuts...

3. when they have finally practiced... they'll repreat the whole song again and again... u'll get bored and go nuts listening to it..

4. ppl like me..usually plays violin from 1am onwards till duno wat time in the morning...bet u cant sleep...most of the musicians do that too...they dun sleep much..

5. they'll sometimes hv bunch of frens coming over..having a mini chamber music or jamming thruout the night...gosh...no peace


i love being with music..it's like..music makes me immortal !!!! i dun need to sleep, eat nor drink, dun even need to sleep...gawsh...i love it !!!

i've sacrifice my nails for it u know??!????!?!???!?!? i removed all my nail polish, cut my nails short !!!! this is a super big sacrifice man..... hahahahahaha..

a new composition

out of anger and sadness, i composed a new song..this is the first composition of year 2008. the lyrics are .....

it's a very short song. it's meant for the play i wrote. this song wil be sang after the main actress killed the main actor.. grief and remorse flooded her... with anger and guiltiness, she sang this song.

the main instrument needed is church organ .it's an opera song. soprano singing needed to sing this song. it's in C minor. my favourite key....

i nearly killed my love one...

today... i damaged my violin !!! i hit it at the edge of my study table..and....chipped off some of the wood of the violin. o my gosh!!!!!!!!!!!! my heart cracked !! my violin.....pls...dun die....

today, first thing i woke up in the morning, i made up my mind to go for the music audition at NUS. i stormed downstairs, ignore my breakfast and brushed up my beethoven's piano sonata. i read at the web page yesterday the audition pieces required. i was so soo sooo happy. the autition pieces are as below :

Piano

Applicants are required to perform one selection from each of the following five groups:

One virtuoso Etude by Chopin, Liszt, Rachmaninov, Debussy, Scriabin, Bartok, Stravinsky, Moszkowski, Prokofiev, Ligeti or Bolcom.

Any Prelude & Fugue chosen from the Well Tempered Clavier by J.S. Bach

A complete Sonata by Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, or Clementi

A major work from the Romantic period

A representative work from the 20th century to the present

No exceptions or substitutions will be permitted for the above requirements. See FAQ's on audition repertoire for further clarification.
Applicants should also make note of the following:
All audition repertoire must be performed from memory.
No concerti or transcriptions are permitted.

ok..so..they jus need one piece? choose from the five? choose one from the five groups?? wow...this audition so easy?? one piece of song is needed only..i'm so so happy.. i hv in hand beethoven's piano sonata adi...hahhahaha...

i was dumbfounded. i rub my eyes.... it's select 1 from each of the 5 groups. means..altogether..5 pieces..5 !!!! 5!!!! need to memorize somemore...wat the hell..one sonata already 50 pages long..somemore need 5 pieces!!!!! memorize all...ahh..forget it man..i better stick back to engineering..gosh...lazy to practice so many songs....

my goodnes..NUS...why must u set such high standard? are u mad?? other auditions need 3 pieces, u need 5..my goodness...

3.conducting : shit...this is too much..i love conducting...i've been attending mini conducting workshops but none can satisfy me...yor.!!>!>!>!>! #$%@&&&*&()~&( wat the hell!!!
4. last but not least...ORCHESTRA!!!!!!ohh..i'm gonna faint...when...when can i ever join an orchstra?? when will my dream come true??

i heard that in NUS, life is very taxing..study 24/7..u ask me to sit there and study maths and watever subjects for 24 hrs??? mad ar?? i'll transfer university in my 2nd or 3rd year..transfer from Sg to Ipoh.. ipoh's Uni of Tanjong Rambutan (UTR) .. hahhahaha..this is my fav quote.
BUT!!!!! ask me to sit and play the piano or violin for 24 hrs, no prob..i dun need to eat or sleep..music itself is enuf to provide me with the basic necessities of life. haih...

i'm so sick of everything... my uncle from perth called me, he say, he went to UWA this afternoon and they told him they have to verify my results. VERIFY !! verify my SAM results...then only they decide wanna accept me anot..wat the hell!!!!! verify my results..so they're saying that, SAM might not be up to THEIR level..huh...so bossy and bitchy..melbourne U is mailing me, call me, keep on asking me to study there and here, UWA is showing some..some bossy stunts on me!! wat the hell!!!! they have lower ranking than melbourne Uni. and they're showing some kind of bossy face to me?? wat the hell.. suddenly, i feel so hurt..so sad..so..devastated...how can they say such words..it's so hurting...verify huh..go verify their brain and character first la..then only come and verify my results!!!!
i feel so sick of UWA. suddenly, i jus lost all my dreams and hopes to study there.i feel nauseated upon hearing their name too..UWA..kononnya Group of Eight.so bossy...i'm so sad and hurt....so sick of them..

maybe i may have to choose Curtin since they already sent me letter of offer today while UWA is still bossying their way thru...Curtin is so much more easier and cheaper to study..or maybe i shall jus stay in malaysia and do twinning programme...i hate the way UWA express their words..

UWA even say,i have to wait til end of next week for my letter of offer. end of next week! here, my flight ticket is on hold..dunno want to pay anot, there's visa and so much more things to do...CNY's coming. later, here'll be closed, there'll be closed ... a slow motion malaysia system match with a bossy UWA..wow..perfectly match.. when can i ever see a stradivari violin?? i wont dream to touch it...i jus wish to see it. jus see it!!!!!!!!!! or jus listen to someone playing it. ohh..pls..let me hv a chance, once in my lifetime to see a stradivari...i want to go to Cremona..pls..daddy..bring me there!!!! i want to see it!!!!!!!!!

i was at facebook..browsing thru a whole list of invitations..weird weird invitations when..when i suddenly thought of him..fung chern hwei....i know i can nvr be with him..but..i still wish..i wish tat one day, my wish to be with him can come true.i love him too much. i'm willing to give up everything, jus to be with him..or even to be his apprentice...

i first knew him thru a concert.he was playing Kreisler's Praeludium and Allegro ( for those who knows i'm always searching for the scores, now u know why i wanted the scores so badly ). my piano teacher at that time ( ms.lim) told me, tat guy, is a violin teacher from our music skol. he's an MPO apprentice. i look at him from far..and..my heart melts..slowly..my whole body melts..........immediately when i reach home, i told my dad i wanna learn violin. the next morning, i call up my music skol, and say, i want to enrol under Fung Chern Hwei for violin class. i bought a dirt cheap china violin and had my lessons.then..one day......he left.he LEFT. left....left malaysia...left my life..left my violin....i ask him to sign on the back of my violin but he say he's not tat good to do that on my violin.i love him..i really love him...i cried from morning until night, everyday for almost half a year..and was under depression for a very long period of time.then..i got to know he's very famous in New York City..i longed for his return..i told everybody tat keeps in touch with him to inform me once he's back to malaysia.

one day..i tink..it's last year.he came back for performance. i was the first one to rush to buy his tickets.at last!!!! i waited for so many years..i even stopped learning violin for so many years!!!!! during his performance, i took his pictures non stop. non stop.i hv fre hundreds of photos of him. i jus snap and snap and snap non stop. really non stop. i want to get every angle of him. i dun want to miss any moment, any movement of him....

he is now a world's famous violinist. he will always be my teacher. the one..who changed my life. the one who brought me into music. if any of u out there praises my music, then praise him first!!!! he is my one and only one idol. i do not have any idols..but him. fung chern hwei. he is the best violinist in my heart, in the whole wide world. he is the very best. no one and replace him. no one. ever.

until now, i still cant find the scores of praeludium and allegro by kreisler. i will learn this song. i will learn it by heart. i will play this song til the very best. one day, i will find him , and i will play this song for him...it is he and this song that brought me to the world of music.

afternoon was damn hot!!!!!! as daniel said..i'm nearly a tomato myself.hhahahahaahaa..so hot! i nearly turned into a roasted pig!!! me and meng jin were singing..sth like duet .. hhaha..some off-tune duet..to take away the frustration and tiredness..hahahah..we went to burger king for lunch cuz it was cheap.Janet picked up the brochures of coupons she threw on the floor earlier on and we share it among ourselfs..me and janet shared a coke and refillled 3 times!!! drank and laugh til i nearly vomited...gosh..during lunch we plan to watch ferryman..manatau..still not yet on screen in any cinemas yet!!!! gek sei!!!

Alex join us halfway for lunch and brought a bottle of dunno wat( maybe it's jus sugar and water) with him...yuz.it's so so sweet..nvr ever buy this brand. it suckx!!!!!

around 3 sth..or was it 4?? we finally sold off everything!! we had..4 cars..around there la..so so so so so many books!!! and we sold EVERYTHING!! then..we went justea's house to see him bathe.hhaha..ya..see him bathe...hhahahaahahahhahahahhahahahhhahahaahhahaha. then..we left his house at 5pm, rush to 1U to buy tickets for the 5.10pm movie 'alvin and the chipmunks'. we managed to get it!!!!hahah..geng ler...

we went to BBQ plaza for dinner...wow..cheap ler...hahahhahaaa...around RM 11 each only...very worth it lo....during the whole dinner,even be4 and after dinner, we were singing the alvin's song..the christmas song non stop! it's too nice..janet and justea were all over the christmas song..i was all over the ' um um ah ah' song.include dance one ler...hahhahahaha..we're all dancing and screaming and laughing and singing in 1u..gosh..we're really a bunch of chipmunks.hhahhaahahahaahhahaaha..i'm Alvin.! :)

then we went to KTZ for tong sui...also very cheap!!! RM 2 each.hahhahahhahahahahhaa...

during our tong sui thingy..we compete laughter with another table!! hahah..it started off like this. we sat outside KTZ. there were 2 tables. 1 is our tables...6 ppl ( s guys, 3 gals). the other table was at the other end also 6 ppl, 3 guys 3 gals. suddenly..that table roar with laughter! so loud.!!! walao..we cant tahan..we must be louder. so, janet roar with laughter..louder than them. they turn and stare at us. we all turn and stare at them. hahhaa..then thay laugh til the KTZ can shake..we all laugh again. then suddenly, janet realized she knows one of them at the table..his name is .. some rude words la..she felt so sia sui. hhaha..we're all laughing and banging on the table. the waitress quickly came and took away the bowls..maybe she scat we'll break them. hhaahhahhhahaahhaa..gosh...competing laughter??? hhahhhahahhahahaahahahahahahahahaha

then...me and jerry rushed home. he rushed for his date while i rush home for hao yen..hahhaa..rush like hell...i'm so so so so tired...mom say i look burnt when i reached home today..oh no!!! my face!! my complexion!!!! my skin!!!!!!!!!!! no.......argh..

A day with violins...

today i went Bentley music..to search for violins, and to teman Daniel to search for some dunno wat..guitar pedals or watevr it's called..mana tau..bentley has very limited choice!!! most of them are Hofner..search for Kreisler's Praeludium and Allegro scores also dun hv..then.. we went to sg. wang's Chamber's . chamber..reminds me of my Chamber of Music..dunno how are they now...that sg wang's shop is realy full with violins..range of choices..i tried..6 violins only..but..still none of it can catch my heart..the 78 years old violin nearly did it..but it's still not good enuf..then.the man took out a 300 years old violin..it's good..but the strings spoilt it..i tried one by one..and pass to the man..ask him to write down the brand and model one by one for me..i dare not look at the price first.hahhaahahahah..dunn wana be influenced by the price...

then..after everything..daniel passed me the paper..i looked at it and saw the price for the 300 years old violin..RM 85,000. it's expensive la..but..i'm shocked..for a 300 years old used violin..used by an MPO player...300 years!!! but...only RM85,000????????????? ha...i hv no comment..but..the violin din sound very nice...jus normal seasoned violin sound...noting can compare to David Woong's violin. his OJK violin. tat...tat..has grabbed my heart..i'm still aiming for his violin..he bought it from Dominic's shop.i'm bugging Dominic to find another which sounds similar to david's.

ok..now..it's time for me to advertise my violin..this is a real antique. hahahaha..nola..it looks very..'antique' like..i jus dug out from the earth or wat....it..has been used for..let me see..3 years i tink..ya..around there la..it's my first violin.china made..dirt cheap..but..it's seasoned by me..i play it almost everyday..it sounds nice..mellow for a china violin like tat..but the sound is spoilt by the condition of the bow..so..it sounds kinda rough now..so..hv a look at my..one and only..beloved violin...the place where my soul dwells...my soul and his soul is one..together...noting can tare us apart....violin is me..i am violin...elizabeth violino...

look at the dust...hahahahahahaha..this is due to all day..everyday practices..i nvr keep it in the case cuz it needs to breathe!!!!! gosh..imagine urself locked up in a human case..how to breathe?!???!?!? it's normally on my display section..together with other instruments on display...

he..has went thru many ups and downs with me..went thru performances..praises..critisism..hardships..anger..frustration..depression..glory..success..everything..

so...this..is a very experienced violin..ya..experienced and seasoned..this..is the best violin ever...

new year's eve !!!!!

ok..my new year's eve..i celebrated in church and in Angie's house...






first..we have a new year's eve midnite mass..as usual..then...the choir went to Angelina's house for tuak ( one kind of wine..from Sarawak..rice wine) it's superb..i've never tasted such nice wine before.it's better than any red wine,or white wine...it's really nice...

tuak..actually..the main point in this pic is my nails..hahhahaa..nice ler...hao yen did it for me..

then..Shaun came over too..and had some tuak..he's really shy and quiet. we sang K too..i was transformed into the crazy me once i started singing..hahhaahahahaha..the choir members are all shocked..they nvr seen the crazy side of me be4..hahha..all the while i'm serious or sleeping in front of them..

then..i stayed overnight at her house..we chat till 4.30am and i tink i slept at 5 am..woke at 7 am for mass...me and angie were sleeping on the organ.hahhaa...i was drifting away into my dream while i was playing the organ.haha..imagine how tired i am..can fall asleep while playing..hahhahahahaha..

Jesus Caritas Youth Christmas Party

it was...hmm..wat's the date ar...28th i tink..or 28th..argh..i'm worst with dates..alah..it's a friday la..ok..we, jesus caritas youths had a party. hahaha..some went early..me and angelina went for mass first...

a tragedy happened that day..one of our youths kena snatch theif jus outside the church and hurt her hand..scary ....

i brought fizzy drinks while angie brought a cake..i chose the cake one ar....:P

Uncle Dominic's christmas party

the choir of Jesus Caritas had a party on 30th in Uncle Dominic's house...i got to know him and his children better..he is wonderful!! i never knew he could draw and paint! my gosh..his paintings are so so so so so so nice...even better than any famous artist!!!! his son, Camden is a cutie..he's so so so handsome..gosh....he's like my brother..run up and down non stop..but i tink he's worst than my bro..for those who has seen my brother before..u can imagine how active Camden is..
